This is the other crime scene, where Fritz Moen did not assault, rape and strangle a 20-year-old student on or around November 5, 1976. In 1976, the area was more rural and this was a field with tall grass; as far as I can tell (and it was a bitch to pinpoint), the exact location she was found now lies under the foundation of a building.
